VERSO I

Verso’s debut concert features conductor Alex Mackinder and violinist Elif Cansever in a program of Mendelssohn-Hensel, Brahms, and Mozart. The evening brings together orchestral works and a major solo performance, highlighting both ensemble detail and individual artistry.

Pianist Firoze Madon opens with a solo program featuring Scarlatti, Schubert, Haydn, and Scriabin, spanning different styles, moods, and centuries. The concert ends with Tchaikovsky’s Souvenir de Florence, performed by string sextet.
